These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("you", "User") and Centenary Day, a project operated by Arnas Stučinskas ("Centenary Day", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Centenary Day website, mobile application, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to create an account or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.
The Platform provides educational and informational content derived from current research in longevity science and related fields. All routines, recommendations, and analytics are intended solely as general information for optimizing healthspan. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
We are not a medical organization and we do not employ licensed healthcare professionals in the delivery of the Platform. Always consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before undertaking any new health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness program. If you have or suspect you have a medical condition, promptly contact your healthcare provider.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by or licensed to Centenary Day. Except as expressly permitted by us, you must not reproduce, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform.
Some sections of the Platform may require payment of fees on a subscription basis. Subscription terms, prices, and payment schedules are described on the pricing page and incorporated into these Terms by reference. All fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.
Engaging with fitness routines, dietary changes, or biohacking practices carries inherent risks, including injury or adverse health outcomes. By using the Platform, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Centenary Day will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of your use of, or reliance on, any information provided through the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centenary Day, its founders, affiliates, and licensors disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (c) any other matter related to the Platform.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Centenary Day and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Platform constitute the entire agreement between you and Centenary Day regarding your use of the Platform.
